We carry only Top Choice or Prime USDA beef. Only those that want a high quality, great tasting Steak or Burger would settle for. Typically only Angus or Hereford. We can custom cut anything you can think of and more. From Ribeye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, Chateaubriand, NY Strip, or Kansas City Strip and more.
All of our ground chuck(grass fed non HMO, Top Choice or Prime) is made the old fashioned way. We only use a SINGLE grind of our meat and fat, then blend them together in a large mixer using the dough hook. This doesn't overwork the burger so you always get the perfect burger, meatball or whatever you are making. We only use Filet Mignon fat and/or Ribeye fat in our blend. We grind to order so your burger is not sitting around and getting old and discolored. We will custom blend to the fat ratio you need. If you have not had our Ground Chuck you have no idea what you have been MISSING. If you like to change things up a little try one of out Flavored patties. We have Jalapeno/Cheddar, Cheddar, Parmesan Garlic, Feta, and more.
We carry only Free Range Chicken that is hormone and antibiotic free. Yes it makes a difference in taste and freshness. If you haven't had any lately, give us a try and you will see what the difference it makes.
